Weightloss Journey On HCG

My History
Hello Everyone! This is my first time blogging and want to share my HCG journey with you in hopes it will help and even inspire others to do the same. But first, here is a quick overview of how I ended up needing HCG in the first place.
Back in 1999 I decided to stop smoking after many years. I was able to pull it off fairly easily and was so proud of myself! But, soon afterwards things started changing and I felt something wasn't right. I ended up being diagnosed with an overactive thyroid and Graves Disease. Next thing I knew the doctors were giving me RAI (Radio Active Iodine) to kill my thyroid, because in their eyes, it's easier to control an under active thyroid than an overactive thyroid.
It took the Doctors quite a while to get my hormones at the right levels. Before I knew it, I had ballooned up to 180, 190, 200. I am 5'8" so was able to pull it off for a while. In 2003 after 5 months of constantly working out, I was able to lose 30lbs. But as time went on I wasn't able to continue the workouts and I gained it all back within a few years. In 2009 I tried to work it off again, in 3 months I lost a whopping 10lbs. Very depressing after the hard work I poured into it.
What I am hoping to get from HCG is another start. If I can get myself to a starting point then I feel I can manage it this time. I now know that I must eat right, exercise and stay active. My goal is to get down to approx. 135-145!
